Stim Clean Ultra Tool:
Online Ultrasonic Wellbore Clean-up Toolfor vertical wells is new technology to clean-up the wellbore. This technology can be applied while the well is on service, reducing the time required, cost and increasing the well productivity with low power consumption.
The given technology uses the ultrasonic emitted by a specific piezoceramics to enhance the production rate and increase the injection rate in oil and water wells.
This technology can be used at different stages of well exploitation: staring from new wells to conservative ones, and with other methods raising production rate of wells.
Online Ultrasonic Wellbore Clean-up Tool is scientifically based on the generation of ultrasonic waves in a liquid medium to remove any scales, debris and obstructions to facilitate and enhance the injection rate for water injection wells and the production rate for oil producers.
Now our scientists working on modifying the tool to be used not only for the vertical wells but for the horizontal wells as well.
The features of Stim Clean Ultra Tool over the other conventional ways:
- The production rate rises up to 80% and more as a results of destruction of mudding complexes, permeability of the layer (k) rises in the productive zone.
