Ultrasonic Cleaning
Ultrasonic Cleaning is a new technology to be applied in the industrial sector to clean-up, remove scales and fouling form heat exchangers tube bundles, spotless the majority of industrial equipment (Tube bundles, Pumps’ impellers, Turbine’s impellers, Tools, Pipes, etc…) and free stacked vales.Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology is less hazardous than using Hydro-jetting, Sand Blasting or Dry-ice blasting operations.
Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology depends on that the sound waves generated at low & high pressure phases in the liquid, will create microscopic vacuum bubbles that implode when the sound waves moves and the zones changes from +ve to -ve pressure. This process is called “cavitation”. Enormous localized pressures & temperature will be exerted and this will loosen the contaminants and scrubs the work piece.
